The Opportunity:
As Open Lending’s Marketing Operations & Content Manager, you’ll report to the SVP of Marketing and support executing the programs intended to drive demand for Open Lending’s solutions. This role will work closely with colleagues in marketing and sales to define and execute campaigns designed to raise awareness of Open Lending’s value proposition, generate new leads, and drive new pipeline opportunities for the organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, execute, and optimize the execution of multi-channel campaigns perfectly aligned with Open Lending’s strategic goals across various segments and markets.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify and prioritize named accounts for strategic Account-Based Marketing initiatives, utilizing Salesforce to develop, deploy, and measure the effectiveness of these programs.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and tools to streamline and implement processes, improve efficiency, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
- Craft engaging email marketing campaigns for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, to help drive greater interest and generate valuable leads.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform the creation of compelling content that supports our primary marketing campaigns and enhances initiatives led by our sales team.
- Track and report on budget expenditures and manage invoices and variances.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience in marketing operations, content management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the lending industry and/or SaaS software marketing is a plus.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Account-based Marketing, online advertising (SEM, display, retargeting, LinkedIn, etc.), and website updates experience.
- Results-oriented and detail-focused with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and vlookups.
