Marketing Project Manager

Location:
Baltimore, MD preferred and local applicants to be given preference and enact a hybrid working environment.
Hours of Work:
Typical hours of work are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Local Time. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Compensation:
$90,000 annual base.

Overview: The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects align with overall business goals, including defining project scopes, setting timelines, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing and sales outcomes.
Who: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the marketing project manager. Excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills coupled with effective communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
Essential Functions:
Identifying project goals and scope Planning and documenting project tasks Ensuring deliverables are delivered on-time Managing all project resources Effectively communicating with stakeholders Eliminating blockers and potential risks Documenting projects and processes using Excel and other various project management tools Ensuring top-quality results and project success Manage scheduling / calendar of all events Manage 3rd party partners, agencies, and contractors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. PMP® Certification preferred. Proven project management experience, within the healthcare industry and relevant market segments a plus. Knowledge of medical technology and clinical workflows is advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Extremely proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Project Management tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to attend and preside over trade shows and conferences and visit client sites which include hospital settings and medical facilities. Ability to travel on a flexible schedule. Airplane travel is necessary.
