Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product listings in the e-commerce system, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, specifications, and inventory.
- Research and verify product details, including compatibility with heavy equipment models.
- Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Categorize products correctly for an optimized shopping experience.
- Work closely with the inventory and sales teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in improving product descriptions, SEO optimization, and metadata for search engine visibility.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing information.
- Maintain data integrity by following company guidelines and quality control processes.
- Assist with periodic audits of product listings and inventory reconciliation.
- Support other e-commerce and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an e-commerce or inventory-related role.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment parts or aftermarket products is a plus.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
