Must Haves: 7+ years of UX/UI experience 5+ years of digital product or service design experience 2+ years of experience applying human-centered design approaches and end-to-end prototyping Experience in an Agile environment Day to Day: A major footwear retailer in Beaverton, OR is looking for a UX Designer to join their team that will help build new retail experiences for their target consumer! Defines and owns experience vision and strategy for product creation capabilities and innovation concepts. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define, design, and prototype unique and powerful software solutions for internal innovation teams. Effectively applies consumer insights to a variety of digital solutions: journey maps, UI flows, and storytelling deliverables. Celebrates and executes low-to-high fidelity prototyping and UX research approaches. Uses and advocates for the human-centered design process, as well as acts as a design generalist on the team.
