The estimated salary range for this role is $103,846.00 to $145,386.00 annually.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead email program strategy and execution, overseeing campaign development, systems integration, and ongoing maintenance to support key objectives such as lead generation, re-engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to implement personalized communication journeys, segmentation strategies, and identify opportunities for automation and communication enhancements.
Lead efforts to configure and optimize email marketing platforms to meet evolving business needs, staying informed on industry trends to implement process improvements, data enrichment, and technological advancements that elevate member experience.
Analyze email performance metrics (e.g., frequency, response rates, conversions) to assess impact and inform future campaign planning, collaborating with data analysts to apply insights for driving membership engagement and optimizing campaign results.
Oversee the Email Specialist and guide the development and execution of email marketing initiatives, working to manage the marketing calendar, conduct testing, create campaigns (including coding and segmentation), and oversee reporting.
Identify opportunities for program enhancements, including dynamic content, targeting, personalization, automation, list management, and template development, while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with CAN-SPAM and industry standards.
Computer Skills:
Experience with Salesforce (Email Cloud and Financial Service Cloud) and Intuvo.
