DescriptionAbout the CollegeThe University of Northwestern Ohio in Lima, Ohio, is a private, not-for-profit, quarter-based teaching university with a diverse population of approximately 3,000 national and international students. We are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and offer AAB, BS, and MBA degrees in unique programs for specialized careers.

Full-Time, Twelve-Month Faculty Position,Beginning: January 2024 and beyond
ResponsibilitiesThe individual will have primary instructional responsibilities teaching various courses in Marketing at the associate and baccalaureate degree levels at our campus in Lima, Ohio. Courses include Internet and Social Media Marketing, Marketing Research and Analytics, International Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communications.
Courses taught on campus meet for 1.5-hour sessions throughout the day as well as virtual courses. UNOH courses run on a quarterly basis throughout the entire year. Classes meet either Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday.
Full-time instructors teach 15 credit hours per quarter with the possibility of additional credit hours. The individual will also be required to participate in faculty committees and meetings. In addition to teaching excellence, faculty members are evaluated based on service to the community, service to the university, and professional/scholarly activity.

RequirementsQualifications:At minimum, potential new hires should possess a Master’s Degree in Marketing or a Business Administration degree with marketing experience. Doctoral candidates will be considered.
