We are looking for a Boston, MA based individual with some travel to Bellevue, WA and have a hybrid work environment.
Keystone.AI Product UX Designer will leverage a deep understanding of enterprise interface design, UX testing tools, and information architecture to define, scale, and elevate user experiences across our product suite. He/she will work closely with our Product Manager to define the UX design process—establishing design standards, executing research and rapid testing, and teaching our broader team how to use emerging tools to accelerate and scale high-quality design. The most successful candidates will have a broad range of product design skills, a passion for elegant and intuitive enterprise UX, and an enthusiasm for collaborative work with colleagues at all levels.
Role And Responsibilities
As a Keystone.AI Product UX Designer, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping scalable and impactful user experiences across a range of enterprise AI and data products. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand complex user needs across data platform, forecasting science, and decision intelligence interfaces.
- Designing and rapidly prototyping user interfaces and experiences for enterprise web applications with high complexity and data density.
- Establishing and evolving Keystone's design standards and UI/UX guidelines.
- Continuously running UX research and usability testing using tools like Userlytics, Maze, Useberry, and related platforms.
- Using generative design tools such as Cursor, Uizard, Lovable, Magician, or Relume to create scalable design patterns and accelerate the development process.
- Developing clear information architecture for complex systems involving forecasting algorithms, ERP integrations, and AI model outputs.
- Continuously researching and staying updated on UX and interaction design best practices and tools.
- Possesses at least 4 years of experience in product or UX design for enterprise software, with a focus on applications involving complex data systems, AI models, and ERP integrations.
- Has strong experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and pattern libraries.
- Has experience conducting end-to-end user research and usability studies in fast-paced development cycles.
- Understands the unique demands of designing for forecasting tools, dashboards, and operational decision platforms.
- Is an excellent communicator and has strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Brings a growth mindset and thrives in startup or consulting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Information Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing interfaces for enterprise software, ERP, or data-intensive platforms
- Proficiency in interface design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and rapid prototyping platforms (e.g., Uizard, Relume)
- Familiarity with modern UX testing and feedback tools (e.g., Userlytics, Maze, Useberry)
- Demonstrated experience in crafting intuitive and scalable design systems
- Strong visual, interaction, and information design skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
