Who You Are:
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Creative Project Manager and Producer to help manage creative projects and production at Hometap. As our Creative Project Manager and Producer, you will work closely with the internal marketing team, creative team (creative director, writers, and designers), and our trusted network of creative talent (video, motion photography, illustration, and audio contractors) to prioritize creative and marketing projects, manage resource availability, and coordinate production across various projects.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all incoming requests, schedule meetings, track ongoing project health and statuses, and hold team members accountable for delivery
Create project schedules and timelines according to business priority and resource availability
Lead creative team resource management; ensuring the team has a manageable workload while surfacing availability and coordinating with contractors to fill gaps
Facilitate the creative production process; ensuring internal and external resources have what they need to be successful; and moving each project through the necessary steps
Coordinate and communicate with production vendors across video, motion, audio, and print
Ensure project status is updated in project management software
Manage all assets for individual projects including understanding of usage/license parameters
Follow up with internal stakeholders as needed, to keep creative projects moving and unblock the team and projects
Optimize and develop processes that maximize quality of work, workflow, and efficiency, and work to uncover underlying issues or business problems and turn those issues into solutions within the Marketing Team with PM tools such as a Monday
Track the creative production budget; reporting on monthly and quarterly burn
Manage vendor paperwork and invoicing with internal departments
What You’ll Bring:
3-5 years of experience in project management and creative production across video, social media, and digital (bonus points for print)
Familiar with project management software and creative production workflows (Monday, Asana, etc.)
Master of logistics: exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Critical thinking skills: the ability to assess the each project and overall process to push back, refine, and adjust, as needed
The ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
A love for optimization and experimentation in order to achieve better results
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
