Pay Rate: $150K- $180K/year Duration: Direct Hire role Location: Onsite Brea, CA 92821 Responsibilities: Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives. Lead and manage the paid performance team, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other paid channels. Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions. Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Utilize strong data analytic skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to digital marketing. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts ahead of the curve. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Mentor and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements: MUST-HAVE: Experience with online DTC brands Led marketing growth strategies,
such as GTM and other growth tactics Team management experience with at least 5-6 people, including leading teams Cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with branding, creative, and web teams Experience managing market budgets Overall budget management (~$10M+); ROI 4~5+, which implies a revenue size of around $40-50 million Hands-on campaign execution experience with budget allocation, across department (paid/branding/events) and across all paid channels (Google/Meta/Affiliates…etc) Strong data-driven mindset:
Ability to analyze numbers and identify solutions from data insights; must be highly data-sensitive. This includes starting from key metrics to identify the root causes of challenges, providing performance benchmarks for evaluation, and consistently applying a data-first approach to decision-making. NICE-TO-HAVE: Branding sense (nice to have): Ability to provide strategic direction for branding initiatives, such as guiding the persona/positioning of new products, defining storylines, and suggesting PR content angles. Preferably experience in action sports and high-ticket consumer electronics Previous experience at companies with similar business models (Omnichannel, DTC + B2B) with a focus on DTC. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid performance, SEO, email, and SMS marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and driving sales and customer acquisition. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong data analytic skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and SMS marketing tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
