This role will be instrumental in crafting airline amenity bags and pouches, merging creativity, technical skill, and collaborative efforts to deliver premium travel products in partnership with renowned global brands. ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Deliver and manage projects from concept to production: Ensure all phases of the project are executed seamlessly, meeting design and client expectations. Research and translate brand DNA into designs: Create concepts that align with project requirements, considering design direction and pricing factors. Support and mentor other designers: Provide guidance and feedback to optimize high-quality design outputs. Ensure preparation of specification sheets: Develop detailed specifications for sampling to guarantee design integrity. Lead and assist in photography shoots: Manage shoots to ensure alignment with brand DNA and deliver compelling visuals. Create visuals and artwork: Design cosmetic and inner items that complement the overall project aesthetic. Regular collaboration across teams: Maintain consistent communication to ensure client requirements and project goals are met. Improve systems and processes: Continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality. Daily updates to Chief Creative Director: Provide regular progress reports to align efforts with strategic objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree holder, preferably in Graphic/Fashion/Packaging Design or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of creativity and innovation. Strong understanding of design principles, bag construction, materials, costing, and manufacturing processes. Keen interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a proactive and independent approach to handling creative tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
