The expected annual base salary range for this Minnesota-based position is $110,000-150,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Basic Function: The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of Imricor's commercial downstream efforts. Responsibilities include US commercial launch, as well as market access strategies for ablation therapies in and around the European Union and the United States, thus securing optimal reimbursement and access for our therapies resulting in sales expansion throughout Europe and into the United States. Responsibilities: Leads market introduction of Imricor technologies into the United States. Expands market access within and around the European Union, including lab and procedure growth. Develops, plans, and executes marketing strategies to launch new products and indications including messaging, physician engagement, effective pricing, and sales engagement. Conducts competitive analysis, market research, and obtains market intelligence for pricing analysis and product positioning. Consults with sales teams to introduce new products and expanded indications. Fosters positive relationships with key opinion leaders and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Imricor products. Provides market intelligence, including reimbursement systems and variables for internal stakeholders. Contributes with key insights to drive value-based healthcare projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years in a product marketing role. Medical Device industry preferred. Proven track record of successful product launch and driving go-to-market strategies. European product marketing experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify growth opportunities and analyze business/market trends. Working Conditions: Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less. Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors. Requires fingering, repetitive motion, taking, and hearing. 85% of time requires viewing and working at a computer screen. Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines. Travel up to 25%. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.
