John Deere Certified Dealer Instructor , where you'll play a key role in educating dealer personnel and customers on cutting-edge John Deere technology. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who enjoys teaching, problem-solving, and working hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment.
Your Mission: Partner with the John Deere Training Organization to deliver top-quality certified courses, equipping teams with the skills and confidence to succeed.
What You’ll Do: Become an Expert
– Achieve John Deere certification to conduct official training sessions. Lead Engaging Training
– Deliver interactive and high-impact courses using John Deere-approved Leader Guides. Manage Training Logistics
– Organize materials, set up equipment, and coordinate classroom arrangements. Ensure Excellence
– Maintain top-tier instructional quality, safety, and adherence to John Deere standards. Track & Report
– Document training participation, outcomes, and feedback. Maintain a Learning Environment
– Ensure training spaces are organized and ready for the next session. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
– Keep up with the latest John Deere products and advancements to tailor training materials. Coordinate Internal Training
– Schedule and oversee all in-house training sessions. Operate Equipment
– Use and maintain tools, vehicles, and machinery required for hands-on instruction. Prioritize Safety
– Enforce safety protocols in all training activities.
What You Bring to the Table: Experience:
3+ years in equipment service, repair, or a related field with strong performance metrics (preferred). Technical Skills:
Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for off-road, construction, or heavy equipment. Practical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience operating training-related tools and equipment. Tech-Savvy:
Basic computer skills; experience with
Service ADVISOR™
or similar diagnostic tools is a plus. Strong Communicator:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. Team-Oriented:
Thrives in a collaborative work environment. Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; an associate’s degree is preferred. Licensing:
Valid driver’s license required ( CDL preferred ).
