Job Summary
We are a busy, multifaceted creative company seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks while supporting our artistic operations. This position requires a versatile team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative functions, including answering phones, responding to emails, updating computer systems, maintaining office supplies, data entry, calendar management, and travel coordination.
- Assist with tasks such as ordering office supplies and organizing events or parties.
- Act as the main point of contact for communication with executives, managing their emails and phone calls.
- Maintain calendars for both work and personal appointments.
- Organize and book necessary travel arrangements, including flights and hotels.
Other Responsibilities May Include:
- Create and maintain the artist’s website and promotional materials, conduct research, and manage organizational tasks.
- Prepare and ship art pieces, including packing, moving, and hanging canvases.
- Organize and maintain the art studio, managing supplies and keeping the space tidy.
- Maintain and update the painting inventory list.
- Create promotional materials for various art shows and email blasts, and manage and update mailing lists.
- Develop and coordinate promotional and marketing materials for various events, openings, and social media platforms.
- Create, shoot, and edit content with a strong command of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in strategizing and executing social media campaigns to enhance the company’s online presence.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
- Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and strong typing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, shooting, and editing.
- Must be highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.
