Marketing Manager - HVAC Products | Carrier Enterprise | West Caldwell, NJ
Introduction:
Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager. Join a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and events for sales channels across the organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to drive marketing initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Track and report result on campaign efficiencies and performance metrics.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, provide actionable insights and feedback to leadership.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications, acting as a brand steward.
- Manage the launch of factory and supplier programs, coordinate with suppliers to ensure successful program implementation.
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events, coordinating logistics and promotional activities for events.
- Oversee the management of CE Rewards programs; ensure timely and accurate distribution of rewards.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing creative development and project management.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with HVAC contractors is strongly desired.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to participate.
- Ability to function at an above-average level in a technical environment.
- Prior experience using sales and/or inventory management systems.
