Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive the strategic direction of our brand within the restaurant/hospitality industry, with preferred experience in the QSR sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of restaurant market trends and consumer behavior, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, foster innovation, and enhance our market presence. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Oversee all aspects of marketing including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, e-commerce, email marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising. Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. Skills Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, content marketing, e-commerce, email marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising. Proficiency in utilizing Google analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. Experience with marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign management. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective collaboration across departments. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends. Creative thinking with a focus on innovative solutions to drive brand engagement.
