Job Title: Audio Visual Technician (On Call)

We are hiring immediately for an on-call Audio Visual Technician position at Eurest, located at Bank of America, 620 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Online applications are accepted only.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Ensures all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met, interfaces with various types of AV, communication, and presentation technology, and maintains positive customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review customer and meeting planner requests and provide necessary equipment and assistance.
2. Support problem escalation and resolution, follow-up on service challenges.
3. Provide technical assistance for meetings and events.
4. Follow SOPs for AV support as provided by management.
5. Perform preventative maintenance and report findings.
6. Change data projectors, lamps, and cabling as needed.
7. Ensure customers are comfortable with equipment operation and educate staff and customers on AV equipment basics.
8. Maintain equipment inventory metrics and assist with conference room setups.
9. Organize AV storerooms and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supporting AV for events.
• Proficient in computer skills and office technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
