Every design tells a story, making each piece deeply personal to the wearer. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Marketing with a passion for driving growth and delivering excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of the full marketing mix, combining analytical acumen with creative flair. What you will do The Head of Marketing and Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies across direct-to-consumer, retail partners, and digital platforms. This role will lead on and offline marketing initiatives, PR, events, partnerships, and communication strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales growth. This position will also play a pivotal role in the development of marketing strategies for Annoushka’s retail partners, ensuring alignment between direct concession and wholesale distribution channels. The successful candidate will lead high-impact campaigns across digital, print, press, and in-store activations while fostering strong partnerships that elevate the brand's visibility and performance. You will work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s overarching marketing goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. You will need to demonstrate strong, inspirational leadership to effectively manage and motivate the marketing team in executing activities, campaigns, and collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a multi-channel growth marketing strategy, encompassing digital (SEO, PPC, social media, email, influencer marketing), ATL advertising, retail, and PR. Oversee performance marketing efforts, optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Utilise data and insights to inform marketing strategies, ensuring all campaigns are performance-driven and contribute to business objectives. Own and optimize customer acquisition and retention funnels, working closely with the relevant teams. Retail Partner & Wholesale Marketing Strategy Develop co-branded marketing campaigns with retail partners to drive sales, footfall, and brand awareness in key luxury department stores and multi-brand retailers. Work closely with partners to execute marketing activations, product launches, and in-store experiences. Ensure retail partner campaigns align with the Annoushka brand identity and drive measurable results. Oversee joint ATL and digital marketing efforts with key retailers, negotiating premium placements and promotional opportunities. ATL & Brand Communications Lead and manage ATL advertising campaigns, including print, out-of-home (OOH), digital display, and broadcast media. Ensure a consistent brand presence across high-impact media placements, elevating Annoushka’s luxury positioning. Develop messaging strategies that resonate with HNW audiences in the UK, US, and other key markets. Measure effectiveness of ATL investments, optimising spend based on brand performance and awareness metrics. PR & Partnerships Oversee press, influencer, and celebrity outreach, ensuring strong representation across luxury and lifestyle media. Develop strategic partnerships with aligned brands, cultural institutions, and luxury platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Act as a key liaison for press, fostering strong relationships with editors, stylists, journalists, and influencers. Lead sponsorship initiatives and event collaborations that enhance brand credibility and reach. Manage and mentor team members to drive a high-performing team culture. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including E-commerce, Retail, Creative, and Buying teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Foster a test-and-learn culture, leveraging innovation and agility to scale marketing impact. What you will bring Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in press and media relations. Proven track record in growth marketing, with experience leading multi-channel campaigns in the luxury sector (incl SEO / SEM / Affiliates and Email). Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail partners, including department stores and multi-brand retailers. Strong understanding of ATL advertising, with experience managing print, OOH, digital display, and broadcast campaigns. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, able to translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in digital performance marketing, CRM, and customer segmentation. Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners. A network of industry contacts across luxury, media, retail, and partnerships is highly desirable. Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and PR tools. Excellent attention to detail.
