What You Will Be Doing:

• Seamlessly integrate advanced technologies, including AI, into user workflows, creating experiences that reduce manual tasks and deliver smarter, more efficient interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to define requirements and craft solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform designs that communicate how AI and other technologies enhance user outcomes.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts, emphasizing innovative and AI-powered enhancements.

• Create and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency while incorporating dynamic, technology-driven components.

• Improve accessibility by designing inclusive experiences that meet WCAG standards and cater to diverse user needs.

• Provide users with options to adjust, personalize, or disable AI features to accommodate varying preferences.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing assets, specifications, and guidance.

• Continuously test, refine, and iterate on interactions, integrating user feedback to improve the overall experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and design best practices to proactively contribute innovative ideas.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leverage cutting-edge tools, including AI, to rapidly generate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, enhancing creative exploration.

• Use data-driven research tools to analyze user behavior, generate insights, and refine design decisions.

• Implement design systems that adapt dynamically to user needs while maintaining consistency.

🔹 User Experience Innovation

• Create workflows that automate repetitive tasks and augment decision-making, improving usability and efficiency.

• Develop interfaces that clearly communicate AI-driven outcomes, ensuring transparency and trust in technology-powered features.

• Design adaptive and personalized experiences where AI recommendations and automation enhance engagement.

🔹 Research & Testing

• Utilize advanced usability testing and analytics to uncover user pain points and refine experiences.

• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate in real-time.

• Research competitors to understand their UX and incorporate best practices.

🔹 Collaboration & Implementation

• Work with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI-driven UX improvements.

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and flexibility across products.

• Advocate for responsible design, ensuring accessibility, transparency, and ethical use of AI.

🔹 Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership

• Stay ahead of advancements in UX, testing emerging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

• Share innovative design methodologies with the team, fostering a culture of experimentation.

What You'll Need to Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX designer, with a focus on designing user-centric products and interfaces.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to drive design decisions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant solutions.

• Technical background and experience in launching B2B software products.
