Producers exceeding their sales goals can make over $100,000 in YEAR 1, with compensation scaling from there. Our unique model allows producers the flexibility to focus their time where they believe they can make the biggest impact (personal, life, & or commercial lines) and includes training and resources from our experienced team to help you grow in the direction that makes sense for you.

The Producer's primary objective will be to exceed their annual sales goal. New sales revenue will be generated from new client acquisition and renewal review sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build a book of business by generating new business and retaining accounts. This includes:

• Lead Generation
• Marketing new business submissions including direct communication with prospects and underwriters to obtain information required to quote new business, quoting using comparative rating software, carrier portals and assistance from our VA team
• Managing and building client relationships
• Schedule and execute renewal review meetings focused on maximizing customer lifetime value (retention, referrals, account round & upsell)
• Represent Camargo powerfully and positively with all leads, customers, business associates, and the public

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of insurance experience

18 FTO (Flex Time Off - Paid) Days per calendar year + up to 5 optional, unpaid days off.

Retirement Plan with employer match.

Office & Remote Work:

• Our office in downtown Cincinnati is set up essentially as our own, exclusive, co-working space; meaning you can come and go as you please.
• The office is available for you to work as many days per week as you would like.
• We require team members to work at least 2 days per week from our office to foster the Camargo culture, knowledge sharing and effective collaboration.
• All team members will also be set up for remote work (Camargo covers cost of hardware).
• Free parking in our attached, covered garage is included for everyone.
• Camargo Insurance is open from 8:30-5:00 Monday - Thursday and 8:30-4:30 Friday. Team members are expected to be logged in and available to assist existing and new customers during office hours.
