About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Marketing Analyst to support Fairfield’s branding and marketing efforts. In this role, you will work closely with Portfolio Marketing Directors to analyze data, compile reports, and provide insights that shape advertising strategies for our apartment communities. You’ll also play a key role in digital audits, market research, and vendor reporting to help optimize marketing performance.
This position will be Remote with preference that candidates reside in one of the following metro areas: Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Detroit, MI; Troy, MI; or Pittsburgh, PA.
What You’ll Do
Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends and insights.
Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Audit and update advertising vendor platforms and CRM data to ensure accuracy.
Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for marketing vendors.
Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot reporting or content issues.
Review and test property advertising content to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Assist in developing slide decks and presentations for leadership teams.
Support ad hoc projects related to strategy and investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related major.
At least three years of experience in analytics, marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to identify trends, develop insights, and communicate findings effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in property management or multifamily marketing.
Knowledge of Internet Listing Services (ILS) such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and Apartment List.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling visual reports.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$58,000.00 - $62,000.00
This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full-time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
