About The Role
Our Artists create awesome doughnut art by using proprietary icing, filling, topping, and decorating techniques and products, ensuring each item meets Pinkbox standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow product recipes and decorating requirements.
- Inspect all products and remove misshapen/imperfect doughnuts and baked goods.
- Properly apply filling, icings, and toppings.
- Follow portioning controls and par levels.
- Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
- Maintain awareness of inventory.
- Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management to ensure shop success.
- Prior pastry experience required.
- Must have Clark County Food Handler’s Card or regional work cards.
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Continuous standing and walking throughout shifts.
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to multi-task and stay positive in busy environments.
- Work an average of 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 shop.
- Adhere to uniform and hygiene policies.
- Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment.
