Position Summary
The role involves supervising and developing hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing performance, communicating effectively, promoting diversity and inclusion, and recruiting qualified staff to support company growth.
Responsibilities include coordinating activities with stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, setting goals, building accountability, identifying improvement areas, and fostering continuous learning.
Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, providing feedback, and collaborating across store operations, utilizing technology, and leading change efforts. Ensures exceptional customer service by modeling standards, managing customer initiatives, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
Ensures compliance with policies, supports company values, and promotes ethics and integrity. Manages financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit targets are met.
Fosters a respectful and inclusive workplace, building strong relationships, communicating positively, mentoring others, and recognizing contributions. Acts with integrity, delivering results with a customer-first approach, and continuously seeking improvement and innovation.

The annual salary range is $65,000 to $80,000, with potential additional compensation based on location and external factors.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm retail positions, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training are required. All associates must attend and complete relevant training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent, with experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
