Bachelors degree in Engineering requiredMasters degree and/or MBA is a plusMUST have SCDOT experience 10 years of experience managing projects related to roadway designSouth Carolina PE license is required or ability to obtain shortly after hireProven history of managing projects and meeting deadlinesAbility to mentor junior engineersWorking knowledge of various transportation design softwares (AutoCAD, Microstation, etc.)What they have to offer *
