As we grow, we’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help tell our story and expand our presence, both online and in-store.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. This role will be responsible for managing the brand’s image, customer engagement, social media presence, email marketing, and promotional campaigns. You'll work closely with the creative, retail, and e-commerce teams to drive brand awareness, grow our customer base, and increase sales. This position will also be the point person to manage our relationship with our digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
●Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal sales targets.
●Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling for all social media platforms (Instagram,
●Oversee email marketing campaigns (content, segmentation, analytics, and performance optimization)
●Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to produce promotional materials
●Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to align marketing with sales goals and merchandising
calendars
●Plan and execute influencer partnerships and local brand ambassador programs
●Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and analytics
●Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spend
●Lead seasonal product launches, in-store events, and community partnerships
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
●3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in apparel, retail, or lifestyle brands
●Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategy
●Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive), Meta Ads, Google Analytics●
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
●Creative mindset with strong project management abilities
●Passion for Southern culture and the Local Boy brand is a major plus
