Columbus Fashion Alliance (CFA) is a nonprofit organization advancing fashion through creativity, education, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will provide high-quality, professional design services to support CFA’s marketing and branding efforts. This role is essential to maintaining CFA’s brand identity, engaging our audience, and ensuring the success of key initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Graphics (20/month):
- Event Promotions: Workshops, activations, and programs
- Content Thumbnails: Visuals for YouTube, newsletters, and other platforms
- Social Media Posts: Graphics for campaigns, announcements, and evergreen content.
- One-Time Marketing Projects: Campaign visuals and collateral for specific initiatives.
- Donor Engagement Materials: Flyers, brochures, and professional documents as needed.
Confidentiality
The Graphic Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding CFA’s proprietary information, projects, and plans.
Deliverables and Metrics
The Graphic Designer’s performance will be evaluated on:
- Delivery of all assets by their deadlines.
- Consistency in design quality and alignment with CFA’s branding.
- Responsiveness to feedback and collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Tools Provided by CFA
To ensure successful execution of this role, CFA will provide:
- Access to CFA brand assets (logos, fonts, templates, etc.).
- Collaboration tools, such as Asana and shared cloud storage.
- Canva Pro, Adobe Suite access (if applicable).
Contract Terms
Term: Initial contract of six months, renewable based on performance and organizational needs.
