You must be self-motivated, with a lot of energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment. You must also have the desire to work both independently and as a team.Specific duties include:Financial management of propertyEnsure all rental and employment practices comply with federal, state, and local lawsProvide excellent customer service for residentsSupervise safety and high-quality maintenanceMaintain accurate and well-organized tenant filesOther duties as assignedSkills/Qualifications:Three years' experience in Property Management or related fieldMS Office: Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with Yardi preferredExperience with LIHTC/Affordable Housing program preferredCollege degree preferredFull-time position (40 hours) with weekend hours required on a rotating basis.NOTE: As a condition of employment, a satisfactory drug test and background check are required.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.Equal Opportunity EmployerA proud V3-certified company
