Sales & Marketing Director (Senior Living) - Oaks at Conyers! Oaks Senior Living is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director (Senior Living) for our community in Conyers, GA. We are seeking a professional who has a passion for working with seniors and their families, and 3+ years of experience in Senior Living management and leadership. Responsibilities include: Market community to local referral sources by building mutually rewarding relationships. Develop and implement an effective marketing plan to include referral source building, internal community events, and advertising campaigns. Be a resource to families and older adults as it relates to life changes and senior housing. Maintain budgeted census. Assist older adults and families with the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition and welcoming experience. Expert knowledge in Senior Housing and a true passion to work with older adults and their families is required. The ability to make others smile and improve their quality of life is just one of many rewarding aspects of working at Oaks at Conyers. Job Type: Full-time
