Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL (Brickell, Coral Gables, Edgewater)
Full-Time | On-Site | Weekends as Needed
Centner Wellness is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly motivated
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team. This bilingual role (English & Spanish) supports all in-house marketing efforts across our three Miami locations - Brickell, Coral Gables, and Edgewater - and plays a key role in expanding our digital presence, promoting holistic wellness services, and supporting community events. Responsibilities: Develop, schedule, and manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms (in both English and Spanish) Stay ahead of the latest trends in social media, wellness, and health tech to create engaging, on-brand content Capture and edit photo/video content with staff and practitioners Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and launches Attend and assist in the execution of events, including some weekends or evenings Monitor performance metrics, track growth, and provide reports and insights Assist with email marketing, SMS campaigns, signage, and cross-location marketing support Highlight wellness services, client testimonials, and educational content in both languages Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content creation (wellness industry preferred) Fluent in
spoken and written English and Spanish
(required) Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts) Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills in both languages Strong visual eye and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment Passion for health, wellness, biohacking, and holistic living Ideal Qualities: Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table Comfortable on camera and engaging with clients and team members Approachable, flexible, and able to pivot with changing trends A natural storyteller who makes wellness relatable and exciting
