Description
Job Summary
- Serve as Maternity Center greeter and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Use critical thinking skills to track and manage maternity visitation according to hospital policy and safety
- Assist with duties related to patient education classes and events including event planning, promotion, registration, and correspondence
- Assist with duties related to hospital's reputation management program including correspondence with department directors
- Receive, process and track sponsorship requests made to the Marketing Department
- Receive and process emails and e-card submissions from the community
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Assist with department administrative needs including monthly receipts and supplies
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
