Summary:
Softel Techsource LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to work for the company in generating revenue and acquiring new clients. Their primary responsibility is to sell the company's IT consulting and telecom professional services to potential customers. The specific job duties and responsibilities include: Day-to-day Job duties: Understand principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Provide customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Develop content for sales presentations or other materials. Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts. Provide clients with estimates of the costs of professional or consulting services. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance. Explain technical product or service information to customers. Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services. Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep up the accounts by updating account information regularly. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Note:
This position does not have supervisory duties. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field that provided the required knowledge and abilities, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position that provided the required skills and abilities.
