Their API-driven platform powers instant quoting, embedded insurance, and frictionless distribution for top names like Walmart, Gusto, and Uber. Backed by leading investors and fresh off a Series A, they’re scaling fast and need a Head of Marketing to lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to build the brand, drive growth, and shape go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, owning everything from demand generation to brand storytelling. What You’ll Own Demand Gen: Launch and scale paid + organic campaigns that bring in high-quality leads. Product Marketing: Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates real value. Content & SEO: Build a content engine—think blogs, case studies, and email flows—that drives engagement and authority. Sales Enablement: Deliver the assets sales needs—decks, one-pagers, battle cards—to close deals faster. Website & Conversion: Optimize site performance, SEO, and landing pages to improve lead conversion. Brand & PR: Build a standout brand with thought leadership, media presence, and strategic partnerships. Events: Own conference + trade show strategy to drive pipeline and brand visibility. What We’re Looking For 3+ years leading marketing at a fast-paced startup Bonus: founder experience or previous Head of Marketing roles Strong across growth, content, brand, and product marketing Hands-on with HubSpot, Webflow, Figma (or similar tools) Data-driven mindset with a creative edge Ideally based in the NYC area for hybrid collaboration Be the first marketing hire—set the strategy, build the engine, and scale the brand Work side-by-side with founders and have a real voice at the table Series A momentum with major partners and real traction Competitive package with equity and full health benefits Supportive, flexible culture with in-person meetups and parental leave Ready to build a category-defining brand at a company that’s shaking up a $300B+ industry?
