We are seeking hair artists at all experience levels to advance their careers through our innovative training program at PENZONE Salons + Spas. Participants will work behind the chair at BASE ONE, our training salon + spa, and upon completion, will earn their own chair at a PENZONE location. The program allows artists to develop their skills at their own pace, with opportunities for promotion through four levels: Stylist, Designer, Director, and Senior Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Customize training based on your confidence, experience, and skills.
- Work behind the chair at PENZONE x BASE ONE on paying guests, with recent graduates starting as apprentices if additional support is needed.
- Complete learning modules through hands-on and online training, with opportunities to advance after each module.
- The program can be completed in as little as 2 months, with additional time provided if necessary.
Qualifications
- Full-time flexible schedule
- Valid Ohio Cosmetology License or work permit
- Previous salon experience is welcomed but not required
- Reliable transportation to all PENZONE locations
