Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years visually impaired experience required. Soliant is looking for a passionate and skilled Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our team. This full-time, itinerant position will involve working with students across school locations, providing specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments. Responsibilities: Deliver direct instruction in braille, assistive technology, and adaptive techniques for students with visual impairments. Collaborate with classroom teachers to create accessible learning environments. Conduct assessments and develop individualized strategies to support students academic and functional progress. Provide training and guidance to school staff and families regarding visual impairment. Qualifications: Must possess a valid TVI certification . Experience working with students with visual impairments is preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and travel between multiple school sites.
