Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant / Director Of First Impressions at LEH. Homes, located in El Paso, TX. The Interior Design Consultant / Director Of First Impressions will be responsible for consulting with clients, offering design recommendations, managing color selections, change orders and purchase orders related to customer selections. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients and team members, and managing sales processes to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Interior Design and color selections
- Experience in Sales and client interaction
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to utilize project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is a plus
