Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in SEO and CRM to support our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, improve organic visibility, and enhance customer engagement through CRM strategies.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay : $60-65k based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO)
- Manage CRM systems to segment audiences, track engagement, and execute targeted email campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and reports
- Create and manage content for websites, email, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, including SEO and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of a range of digital content preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to commute onsite daily to Elgin, IL
