About The Role
- The Operations and Visual Manager will oversee and support the execution of key operational and visual processes in the store.
- This role involves investigating inventory accuracy issues and partnering with the General Manager to address process gaps.
- The manager will champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data.
- Responsibilities include supporting sell-through management and ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts.
- The position requires constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
