- Pay - $30.00-$35.00/hr depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Position Details
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Analyst will track advertising results, produce reports, perform research and gather data to support the advertising strategy for all IMT communities. The ideal person will have a strong interest in analyzing numbers and trends, with skills in creating reports or dashboards and have an eye for detail.
Specifically, you will:
- Analyze ad source effectiveness and campaign performance in order to provide feedback to adjust programs and drive greater results while optimizing marketing spend
- Execute advertising plans and track contracts
- Compile and distribute monthly dashboards and weekly reports for 50+ communities which measure advertising effectiveness, sales performance, website traffic, customer satisfaction and social media engagement
- Evaluate trends and recommend marketing insights to drive property income
- Develop powerful and engaging data visualizations (data tables, charts and infographics)
- Create ad hoc reports to identify areas of opportunity for underperforming communities
- Manage and maintain the advertising catalog, and communicate advertising needs to vendors
- Conduct advertising audits on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Participate in monthly marketing presentations with the property and regional management teams
- Assist with the marketing setup for new properties
- Explore opportunities to add value to various marketing programs within a very collaborative environment
- Assist with other assigned projects as needed
Please apply if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a position demonstrating analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, math, statistics or another relevant field
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneNote)
- Experience providing analysis and insights for one or more of the following: sales conversion ratios, web and search traffic, paid media spend, email campaign statistics
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics Certification a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well confident presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment
- High level of detail orientation with excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Understanding of SQL queries a plus
- Knowledge of industry systems such as MRI or Rent Dynamics a plus
