Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Director with a strong background in the financial services industry. This individual will collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to translate the company's vision and strategy into compelling visual and content elements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the creation of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and ensuring the consistent alignment of all creative materials with the company's brand and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CMO: Work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to develop creative strategies that align with the company's vision and strategic goals.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation of innovative and impactful marketing campaigns targeted at financial advisors, registered investment advisors, high-net-worth individuals, and retirees.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns across various channels, including web, print, video, social media, and email, ensuring brand consistency.
- Messaging and Lead Generation: Partner with the CMO to craft messaging that enhances brand awareness and drives lead generation efforts.
- Brand Alignment: Strengthen brand guidelines and ensure all communications reflect the company's voice, values, and financial expertise.
- Creative Process Management: Manage the creative process from concept to completion, including overseeing content creation, graphic design, and media production.
- Idea Innovation: Proactively pitch new creative ideas and strategies to the CMO, staying ahead of trends in the financial industry and evolving client needs.
- Compliance: Ensure that all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a senior creative role such as Creative Director, Art Director, or similar, specifically within the financial services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, audience-friendly messages.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases high creativity and innovative marketing ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading creative teams, with exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Digital and Branding Expertise: Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and brand development.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video production tools, and other design/marketing platforms.
