selection, cost estimation, technical writing, process mechanical layouts, field support services, and coordination with support disciplines and vendors. These activities will be performed under the supervision and mentorship of our area's most trusted technical Professional Engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
- Experience working with wastewater/water infrastructure projects whether it be experience as a consultant or via academic course load
- Willingness to be involved with field related services during construction
- MS in Civil or Environmental
- Preference given to local candidates
- Self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate
- Interest or experience analyzing and designing water focused systems
- Experience with production, simulation, and automation such as BIM systems, numerical modeling platforms, and other production tools
- Microsoft Office experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
