Job Description
The Designer is responsible for executing best-in-class multiplatform static design for A+E marketing content.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Designer, MultiplatformExecute brand and series campaign design elements including but not limited to:
Key artLogo designPrint and OOHPaid social and digital advertising campaignsBranded collateralPress kits
Participate in pitches for design content.Execute on day-to-day design projects.Receive, interpret and execute effectively against all feedback.Work to fulfill multiple projects, delivery schedules and campaign elements -including needs for broadcast, off channel/paid media, affiliate, PR, and consumer products.Meet design goals within the context of your assignments.
THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED: Designer, MultiplatformProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software and industry standard programs.Proficient in industry standard file formats and deliverables for both Print/Online Advertising.Foundational knowledge in pre-press, 4 color process.Proficient in color theory, typography, textures and spatial relationships.Foundational knowledge in motion graphic deign tools such as Adobe After Effects.
YOUR STORY2-3 years industry experience working as a Designer.Ability to tell a powerful storythrough still images.Can multitask handling a largevolume of work and be able to pivoteffectively.Present and articulate ideasand issues to the team effectively.Can receive, interpret, and execute effectively against allfeedback.Impeccable attention to detail.Proven team player.Strong communication skills.
Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $65,210 - $85,553
Annual Incentive Target: 7.50%
