Founded in 1974, with a head office in Fort Worth, Texas, they have over 200 employees, are privately owned, and are in high growth. The culture values collaboration and innovation. Their client base includes large enterprises, municipalities, and civil engineering firms across Canada and the United States.
OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
•Fort Worth, Texas
•Hybrid role - Working from the office 1-2 days per week
•Full-time - Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Post Secondary Diploma or degree
•Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
•Design abilities an asset but not a requirement
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
•Proficient in basic operations of Adobe Photoshop

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES:
•Handle the creation, review, and execution of social media contracts.
•Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure contractual obligations are met.
•Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
•Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents.
•Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
•Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
