Starting Salary Range: $18 - $22 per hour + Commission & Bonuses
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (25 Hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Market yourself within your community to attract new clients and build your book of business.
- Sales Presentations: Present insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business) tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Close Sales: Effectively close sales and offer outstanding service to new and existing customers.
- Partnerships: Network with local professionals (realtors, mortgage brokers, CPAs) to expand your reach and create business opportunities.
- Growth and Development: Learn from the best and receive training to grow into an agency owner, with the support and resources needed to build your business.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Experience: Sales experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong desire to meet and exceed personal and professional goals.
- People Skills: Must be personable, approachable, and capable of building lasting client relationships.
- Work Ethic: Must be disciplined with strong time management skills.
- Background: No criminal convictions within the last 10 years.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty License required (will assist in obtaining if needed).
