Take ownership in bringing their marketing function fully in-house. Beautiful offices in Denver, NC. Executive visibility by reporting directly to senior leadership. LOCATION:
On-site in Denver, NC. Occasional travel (1x per quarter) for tradeshows. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth, aligning with overall business objectives. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing), PR, event marketing, and lead generation campaigns. Design and create marketing collateral and assets to support campaign initiatives and enhance brand messaging across various channels. Lead and manage Inside Sales teams to convert marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities, optimizing the customer journey from lead to conversion. Implement data-driven processes to track marketing performance, improve lead conversion rates, and ensure continuous optimization of marketing and sales efforts. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5-7+ years of marketing experience. Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement to drive business growth. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams to achieve revenue targets. Creative thinker with expertise in designing marketing assets, combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.
