The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Proposal Manager and work closely with and support the estimating team. Job Title: Marketing CoordinatorSalary: Competitive compensation package. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Thalle Construction is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Proposal, Business Development, and Estimating teams and interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Collaborate closely with the Proposal Department to develop and refine marketing materials for project bids and proposals.Maintain and update the company's resume libraries, ensuring all employee profiles are current and accurately reflect their skills and experience.Oversee the management and organization of all company project history information, ensuring it is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible.Coordinate the preparation and distribution of materials for conferences and exhibitions, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand and market presence.Support various departments with marketing-related tasks, including the creation of internal and external communications, newsletters, and social media content.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.Assist in creating and managing social media content to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, both internal and external, to promote team engagement and client relationships.Provide support to the Proposal Department by helping with various administrative assignments.Schedule appointments and maintain meeting minutes/notes for the Business Development and Marketing meetings.Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.Ability to travel 1-2 times per month.Conduct business with 100% integrity and professionalism. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 1-2 years of relevant experience.Degrees in English, Journalism, or Graphic Design may also be considered.Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator) with clear and demonstrated knowledge of graphic design standards, practices, and applications is highly preferred.Experience with Canva.Demonstrated experience and ability in technical writing experience is a plus.Experience in architectural/engineering/construction industry is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationships with all levels of employees.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail. Must have own transportation.Ability and willingness to learn new applications.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
