Position Summary:
As the Content Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our SEO-focused content strategy across our three digital thought leadership sites that resonate with our target audiences. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content format leads, the SEO and audience leads, and the creative team to lead content creation efforts in alignment with our customer acquisition and brand awareness strategies. Your exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audiences and driving business growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements listed below. Use data to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for three websites that aligns with department messaging. Drive brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition through strategic content marketing. Work closely with SEO team to deliver our organic search strategy in alignment with department goals and messaging. Work with audience leads and format leads on delivering their messages in a thoughtful manner. Understand how to use data to develop an organic search strategy using thought leadership content. Align with marketing teams on creating campaigns, case studies, infographics and shareable content. Traffic thought leadership articles from ideation to completion. Create and deliver monthly reports on successful campaigns. Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.
Skills:
Basic Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and One Drive. Proficient in WordPress, Photoshop and Google Analytics. Excellent focus and strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to read/review publications for relevant information. Must have good research skills. Organizational skills. Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills and ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of the entertainment industry. Preferred Education Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience:
4+ years of experience working within content marketing. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. Physical Requirements/Work Environment
