Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hollywood, FL. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and training staff in sales techniques and best practices. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing sales plans, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the team meets sales targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Experience in Training staff in sales techniques and best practices Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Experience in the travel industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Seniority level
