Digital Project Manager (Social & Communications) 6 Months
ROLE: The Digital PM will play a pivotal role in supporting our external communications activities. This person will collaborate closely with the External Communications team to support the clients LPL transition, social media content creation and engagement, some public relations efforts, and special projects. Superior communication, attention to detail, organizational, project management, and follow-through abilities are required.
This position is responsible for planning and creating high-quality communications, working cross-functionally, providing regular reporting, creating presentations, and supporting the overall efforts of the team.
Responsible for:
LPL Transition
Support communications logistics required throughout the LPL transition’
Obtain and confirm compliance approval on required communications
Create email templates within advisor email marketing system
Social Media Content Creation & Engagement
D evelop and write engaging posts and social campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders
Grow the firm’s social media presence across platforms by exploring new engagement tactics
Public Relations
Assist with routing media appearances to spokespeople
Proofreading and edit written commentary
Conduct regular reporting and create presentations as needed
Support coordination, logistics, and creative requests for external surveys
Briefing document preparation
AMP email creation for Liberty Program advisors
Special Projects
Manage ad-hoc projects as needed, including research and creative requests
MANDATORIES:
Strong
writing
and oral communication skills, including writing key messages that conform to prescribed style and format guidelines.
Exceptional follow-up and follow-through is required.
Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management services is .
Writing samples required: Long-form essays/articles, website copy, collateral copy, social media copy, etc.
Must be willing to collaborate on content creation and welcome constructive feedback.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be self-motivated, independent, and well-organized
