JOB POSTING

POSITION OBJECTIVE

To follow all policies, rules, procedures, and responsibilities defined in order to meet customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and/or clerical support for Plant Manager and Plant Office.
• Ensure update notifications to responsible persons on all policies and procedures that require periodic reviews and updates.
• Orders & controls Plant Office supply inventories.
• Coordinates General Affairs requirements for all Sections (i.e., follow-up on travel and lodging arrangements).
• Any other duties or responsibilities as determined by the Plant Manager that fall within the normal job requirements of an Administrative Assistant.
• Overtime as required by Plant Manager.
• Check with Accounting for completed Check Requests – Distribute Accordingly.
• Answer Questions or Handle Personnel Issues for Hourly Employees.
• Prepare P.R.’s for Signature – Copy – File – Send Originals to Be Purchasing.
• Prepare no loss of time and Perfect Attendance Report on Hourly Employees – Quarterly.
• Prepare & Maintain Improvement Project Database.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION

• Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions.
• Outside environmental conditions, no effective protection from weather.
• Subject to extreme cold; temperatures below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
• Subject to extreme heat; temperatures above 100 degrees for more than one hour.
• Subject to noise, causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
• Subject to hazards such as moving machinery, electrical currents, falling debris, exposure to chemicals, gases, high heat or explosives.
