Job Title: Technical Writer – Field Content

Location: Remote - United States or Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST

Duration: ASAP - December 2025 with possible extension

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll support content creation and strategy for the field intranet, helping to ensure that useful, actionable information is delivered to our sales force. As part of a centralized team, you’ll work to enhance site consistency, streamline content, and improve user experience, helping team members quickly find the information they need.

Team Overview:

The content strategy team provides guidance and strategy for the field intranet site, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with company goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update content on the field intranet, including moving content to a new content management system, copyediting, testing links, updating titles, and verifying accuracy.
• Implement requested content updates from business partners across the organization, meeting a 3-day service level agreement.
• Facilitate outreach to content owners and manage annual content reviews.
• Write and edit content for a clear, consistent, and concise user experience.
• Support the creation and documentation of site content strategy and processes for a cohesive content ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years in UX writing, content strategy, or similar roles in product, marketing, or technology environments; large corporate experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong command of English, UX and technical writing proficiency, brand voice adherence, and strong work ethic.
• Personal Attributes: Curiosity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, collaborative nature, and excellent time management skills.
