Reports To: Content Manager
This is a paid internship
Employment Status: Seasonal, Full-Time Hourly
Internship Dates: May 5th – August 8th, 2025
Work Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-Office
Company Overview: Based in Huntersville, NC, Homefront Brands is the latest platform for franchised property services businesses in North America. We have 6 brands (and growing) operating on our platform. Our mission is to be the growth engine for aspiring entrepreneurs, established business builders and our veterans to create and enhance the American dream of building a better future, through the application of our world class franchise models.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, although candidates near Huntersville, NC, will have the option to collaborate in person.
Social Media:
- Create LinkedIn Posts for National TWS Campaigns
- Run individual LinkedIn boot camps with TWS owners, sharing the do's and dont's of posting
- Create a training deck on how to manage GBP and how to solicit reviews
- Create Social Media Guidelines for Facebook and Instagram
- Assist with receipt collection and review of expenses
- Monitor FDAF eligible expenses and work with accounting department for reimbursement
- Assist with drip campaigns content creation
- Write and send TWS Marketing / Ops internal newsletter
- Learn and Implement Marketing Automations
- Project to elaborate on the key competitors in the market
- Research new lead avenues and also utilize existing databases for lead opportunities
- Identify any new trends based on industry
- Report out to the network to share what objections they will encounter from a value proposition and how to win the bid
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and design requirements for social media.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
