Job Title: Marketing Representative
Location : Irvine, CA
Duration : 06 Months
Experience Required: 2-4 years
Education : H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Job Summary:
Support the marketing team by handling various tasks including expense reporting, event planning, and processing invoices. Lead smaller marketing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support for established programs and events
- Document and maintain key business processes
- Lead and execute smaller marketing projects
- Resolve issues related to invoices and collaborate with other departments
- Assist with other marketing-related duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems (e.g., CVENT, Concur)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience with basic project management
- Knowledge of HCP interaction policies and adherence to ethical standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to company policies
Preferred :
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Excel
